Dr. Eric Shore

Dr. Eric Shore, D.O., J.D., M.B.A. is licensed to practice medicine and law in the state of Pennsylvania. His court admissions include the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dr. Shore applies his medical expertise to his legal practice by providing clients with informed insight into the medical aspects of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security cases. He also litigates cases involving medical practice acquisition, physician contracting, HIPAA compliance, HITECH compliance, and healthcare regulation. He currently heads a medical law practice. In the past, he co-founded Kane, Shore, & Witcher, LLC and has worked with the Snyder Law Group.

In his 25 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Shore has been a medical director of long-term care centers, the Chief of Family Medicine and Geriatrics at a Thomas Jefferson University Hospital affiliate, and the CEO of a health care management company.

Outside of his medical and legal work, Dr. Shore is involved with various professional organizations. He is the Chair of the Medical Marijuana and Hemp Workers Compensation Subcommittee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), the American College of Legal Medicine (FCLM), the American College of Physicians (FACP), and the American College of Medical Quality (FACMQ).
